The game restarts and Nagi covers Chigiri, while Isagi blocks Mikage and some paths toward Chigiri. Mikage sees that and that the path to Kunigami is wide open, but realizes that Isagi and Nagi doesn't care about it. Mikage wants to play with Chigiri, but as they cover him tightly, he passes to Kunigami. Kunigami wonders what to do, but finds it too risky to try and pass to Chigiri or outplay Baro and returns the ball to Mikage. Mikage then wonders what to do and decides to outplay Isagi, even if he doesn't pass him. He runs to the right. Chigiri sees that and immediately moves towards the center. That opens a possible pass and Mikage sees it. However, as Mikage passes, Nagi runs in the opposite direction, directly towards the ball. Mikage realizes it and that as Nagi can't outrun Chigiri, he is trying to intercept the pass himself. Isagi congratulates Mikage on the good pass and explains that they were waiting for exactly that. Mikage can't believe they have taken such a big gamble at the end of the match, since if Nagi doesn't reach the ball, Chigiri will score. Nagi manages to reach the ball and stops it and then passes it to Baro.
This week in Blue Lock, it was really Barou's time to shine. He has been heavily featured in the most recent episodes, but \"The Stage for the Lead\" actually gave him character. A glimpse at his backstory, a moment of weakness and understanding, and finally an amazing evolution all finally made Barou actually interesting! He stole the spotlight in the best way, and made us look forward to continuing to see him in the future - oh wait, is that the first spoiler already about how the episode ended
The soccer fans must have spent the last week up-voting Blue Lock for the Winter Anime Rankings according to MyAnimeList, because its gone back to the fifth position, and the score has raised to 8.28! Last week was definitely a soccer player's dream episode, apparently enough to help the anime climb up the rankings a little bit for the first time in a few weeks. And this week, Episode 18 got back to a nice balance of great soccer action, and good character development, too.
Rather than using that moment to become a better team player, Barou uses his momentary defeat to have his own awakening on the pitch. He realizes that he can be, in fact, a villain! And he totally accepts the role. Rather than simply fall to the command of Isagi, and even to Nagi, Barou discovers a new, incredible move that he is able to do called \"chop dribbling.\" Using this new skill, he is able to score the winning goal that leads his team to Victory. And he makes Isagi take back calling him a donkey for the past two episodes, too!
Episode 18 of Blue Lock ended on another massive cliffhanger, arguably one of the biggest ones so far. We had been waiting for the past few episodes to see if the Red or White Team was going to be the winner, and then see who would be moving onto the next round and who would be left behind. Of course, if the Red Team had one, it was likely that Isagi would move forward as the main character of the show.
It becomes harder to predict now that the White Team was victorious, though. There are interesting points about Reo, Chigiri, and Kunigami, all of which would make it great to see them continuing to the next round. The last time we saw the White Team discussing who they would choose if they won, they all chose a different person. The episode ended with Nagi asking the big question - \"Who do we choose\" And there was no answer.
For international audiences, Crunchyroll is simulcasting the series. The episode with English subtitles should be available two and a half hours after it airs in Japan. In the United States, the corresponding schedule on Saturday would be as follows:
Blue Lock Episode 18 will be released on Saturday, February 11 at 11:00 AM PST. Local networks like TV Asahi will air the new episode for fans in Japan, while international fans can enjoy it on Crunchyroll. Netflix is also airing the series, but only within select regions of Asia, which includes India, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Philippines, Malaysia, and Thailand. The release time will vary depending on your region:
Episode 18 of Blue Lock will see the continuation of the three-on-three match between Team Red and Team White. While fans are looking forward to the results of the ongoing match, many are also eager to see how things between Isagi and Barou will settle. Barou denied changing his strategies according to the situation; therefore, Isagi resolved to use Barou and rule the field. But Barou couldn't stand Isagi being better than him, so the upcoming episode will not only see both teams playing against each other, but it will also be a Barou vs. Isagi episode.
The previous episode saw Isagi's team being dominated by Reo's team. Given that Barou was unwilling to cooperate with his teammates, Isagi decided to devour the former in order to surpass him. This led to Isagi and Nagi getting their team back into the match. However, Chigiri eventually helped his team get back in the lead.
Blue Lock episode 18 will be available on Crunchyroll in most parts of the world. It will also be available to stream on Netflix in select Asian countries, including Japan, India, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Thailand.
Blue Lock episode 18 will see Barou have his own awakening. Given that he identifies himself as an absolute king, it is not in his character to play second fiddle to Isagi, whom he used to consider far weaker.
Considering that the match is nearing its final stages, the next episode could reveal its outcome as well. This means that one player from either of the teams is set to join the opposing team after the match.
Blue Lock episode 17, titled Donkey, saw Isagi's team struggling against Reo's team as Barou was unwilling to cooperate with his teammates. While Isagi did try to communicate with Barou, his attempt to create chemical reactions was rejected, as Barou had the absolute desire to win using his goals.

Blue Lock episodes keep getting more competitive and exciting, and each episode ending with a cliffhanger leaves fans begging for more. You are also a keen follower of Blue Lock and cannot wait to know what happens next.
After they return from practice, they find Isagi and others waiting for them. Isagi says confidently that he has come to take back what was his once, and the episode of Blue Lock ends with another cliffhanger.
In episode 17 of Blue Lock, Isagi evolves even further in the match against Team Red. Since he could not get Barou to cooperate, he decided to switch and make Barou follow him instead, scoring a goal by teaming up with Nagi.
Watching Isagi especially overcoming every situation and devouring Barou as he said he would is one of the most amazing things I have watched last week besides the latest episode of My Hero Academia. We can now say that Isagi is in the ballpark of geniuses. Every goal that has been followed in this game is the work of geniuses and the next episode will sadly conclude this amazing match but will also move on to something amazing as well.
It is really exciting to who Nagi and Isagi will choose after they win this match. I am presuming it would most likely be Chrigiri after his demonstration of how amazing he could be and his speed but there is conflict among them as well. Nagi wants his mate Reo back and Barou was going after Kunigami who surpasses him in strength. Thus, Blue Lock Episode 18 is one of the most amazing episodes we will have.

Blue Lock Episode 19 is going to be one of the most awaited episodes of this week as it will continue the amazing drama after the best soccer match fans have witnessed so far in the series. Last night I watched the new episode of Blue Lock and the My Hero Academia Season 6. While the latter is my favorite anime of all time, I am not ashamed to admit that the new episode of Blue is the best thing I had seen last week.
The action and the drama in this anime are unbelievable and while we were all hoping to see the winning team of Isagi, Nagi, and Barou pick a member from the losing team, they left us off with a cliffhanger. I was so excited to see who will they pick up and leaving on a cliffhanger like that surely made me excited for the upcoming episode even more.
