President

The responsibilities of the President include presiding at all Booster meetings, calling special meetings at her discretion, appointing all committees, possibly co-signing with the Treasurer, and performing such duties as customarily pertain to the office of President.

Treasurer

The Treasurer shall collect all fees and render an account each month, or more often if required, of all receipts and expenditures; pay the bills of the Boosters only after approval by a vote of the members and upon order or warrants signed by the President. The bank statement will be signed-off every month by a member who does not have signing authority on the band account. The books will be audited twice yearly by a person chosen by the Boosters who does not have signing authority on the account.

Secretary

The Secretary shall keep a record of the proceedings of the meetings, issue notices of meetings and agenda, after consultation with the President and conduct the correspondence of the Boosters.

Volunteer Coordinator

The Volunteer Coordinator shall be responsible for operations and communications for band booster volunteer positions.
